Never forgotten

Never Forgotten September 11, 2001..
I remember that day. Rick was working at BFI and he came home about 9 am
He turned it to the news and i was in shock.. Tears came pouring out of my eyes.
It was amazing that someone would want America to fall but you know
instead it made us stronger as a nation. Flags came up everywhere..
People stood together, enemies became friends.
Remember today and thank a Military Member, Fireman,
and a Police Officer. Most of the American Hero's that seem to
be forgotten..
DO NOT CLAIM THIS IMAGE.. WAS MADE BY RICK..

Saturday..

This morning I was hoping I would be able to sleep in but Christianna decided she had to get me up at 6:30 this morning.. I swear the child never lets anyone sleep. She has to have the entire
house up when she gets up..

Today has been one of those days.. I want to CRY AGAIN and JUST CRY... I can't seem to catch a break..  It is just aggravating and I want to hide...

OH did I mention that is like 98 in this house and its 110 outside..WHAT THE F**K is up with that mess?   I am not liking this at all.. I AM NOT RENEWING THIS LEASE IN JANUARY.

I HATE NOT HAVING A COOLHOUSE... HELL I DONT EVEN WANT TO B E HOME
BECAUSE ITS SO FREAKING HOT...

UGH

Okay enough with that.. Sorry for the caps.. I am just so frustrated.  I just can't seem to catch a break at all from anything... So what else is their to do..  I am so far behind in school right now.
With the kids home for the summer and they don't go back until August 20th, It is not leaving me to much of a window to get school work done.  I am not sure when I can start on it... .
I have 2 lessons done and need to get busy...   I am hoping that this week I can get the laundry caught up and the rest of the house cleaned and I can relax and not have to worry about that one..

I have lost most of my creative mojo.. I cant get kits out, posers or anything at this moment..
I think the most I can do is Tutorials.. So hopefully if i can get a few of them out I can get some of my mojo and get a few new poser sets out and maybe a kit or so... Who knows.. I am not positive though...

Well I am gonna go. Dinner is done and time to relax.. I hope..

The Military Wife

My wonderful friend Veronica sent this to me..

The Military wife

When the good Lord was creating military spouses, He was into His sixth day of overtime.

An Angel appeared and said, "You're having a lot of trouble on this one. What's wrong with the standard model?"

The Lord replied, "Have you ever seen the regulations? It has to be completely independent, but must be sponsored to get on base, have the qualities of both mother and father during deployments; Be a perfect hostess to four or 40 at a moments notice, handle emergencies without military orders, cope with the flu and move around the world, have a kiss that cures anything from a child's torn valentine to a soldier's weary day, have the patience of a saint when waiting for the unit to return stateside, and have six pairs of soft hands."

The Angel shook her head slowly and said, "Six pair of hands? No way!"

And the Lord answered, "Don't worry. We'll make other military spouses to help. Besides, it's not the hands that are causing the problem - it's the heart. It must swell with pride, sustain the ache of separation, beat soundly when it's too tired to do so, be large enough to say 'I understand' when it doesn't, and say 'I love you,' regardless."

"Lord," said the Angel, touching his sleeve gently, "go to bed. You can finish that tomorrow."

"I can't," said the Lord. "I'm too close to creating something unique. Already I have one who can heal itself when sick, feed unexpected guests who are stuck far away from home during the holidays, and wave goodbye to its spouse from a pier or runway and understand it's important to the country that the spouse leave."

The Angel circled the model of the military spouse very slowly. "It's too soft," she sighed.

"But tough," the Lord said excitedly. "You cannot imagine what this being can do or endure!"

"Can it think?" the Angel asked.

"Can it think? It can convert 1400 to 2 p.m.!" the Lord said.

Finally, the Angel bent over and ran her finger across the cheek. "There's a leak," she pronounced. "I told you that you were trying to put too much into this model."

"It's not a leak," said the Lord. "It's a tear."

"What's it for?" asked the Angel.

"It's for joy, sadness, pain, loneliness and pride," the Lord said.

"You're a genius," said the Angel.

The Lord looked somber and said, "I didn't put it there."
